Machining Of Metal Parts For Power Industry
Product description
Leveraging an intelligent machining cluster including high-rigidity CNC machining centers, precision grinders, and five-axis linkage equipment, we can perform full-process machining such as turning, milling, planing, grinding, and drilling. From simple parts like shafts and sleeves to complex irregular structural components, we can achieve dimensional tolerance control at the ±0.005mm level and surface finish below Ra0.4. This precision machining capability is even more advantageous in meeting the special needs of vacuum interrupters and the power industry: For example, key internal components of vacuum interrupters such as contact bases and guide sleeves need to form a seamless fit with bellows. Drawing on our in-depth knowledge of bellows materials (such as special stainless steels like 1Cr18Ni9Ti), we accurately match the material's cutting parameters during machining, ensuring that the surface roughness of the processed parts is ≤Ra0.8 and avoiding the risk of vacuum leakage caused by micro-defects. For terminal blocks and insulating rod connectors of power equipment such as transformers and switchgears, we optimize through customized fixtures and process routes, enabling high-strength alloy materials to retain over 95% of their original mechanical properties after machining, perfectly coping with long-term high-voltage and high-current operating environments.
From stainless steel and aluminum alloys to superalloys, we can precisely match material properties according to customers' drawing requirements. Moreover, in the machining of special materials commonly used in the power industry—such as weathering steel and high magnetic induction silicon steel—we have developed unique process solutions based on accumulated experience from long-term service. Coupled with a full-process quality control system covering drawing analysis, process simulation, online inspection, and finished product traceability, as well as a rapid response mechanism tailored to the project cycles of the power industry, our machined products are not only reliable carriers connecting design concepts with practical applications, but also serve as the "invisible cornerstone" for the stable operation of vacuum interrupters and power equipment, continuously providing professional support for major projects such as smart grids and ultra-high voltage transmission.
